Angela and Dave had a great wedding on Saturday, October 7th. They were wed at a small church in West Vanvouver and the reception was at Dave's uncles house in North Vancouver. The day was perfect.

While in Vancouver, we also had Thanksgiving dinner at Anna and John Kirkbride's on Sunday with the Cooke family and the Bate group. On Monday, Janet and Billy hosted another Thanksgiving dinner with the Brittain kids and John and Sharon Bate. Turkey sandwiches for the next few days...
I am now trying out the new weblog software called marsedit. Colin has assured me it is easier and faster to create a post. Here goes...
Well last Thursday was our last day with Roxy, I made arrangements with the local SPCA to find a home for her. They found a family from the Thorburn area and I delivered Roxy to them. It is sad, but for the best. She was too aggressive for our liking but we were sad to see her go. I am certain Special (our cat) misses her too.
Well another night of scary ghosts and goblins. We had about 45 trick or treaters trying to scare us at the door. The age range was from 3 to 18. Lots of great costumes. Devon is still in Pictou hoping to drain them of their candy.

Happy Halloween
